What TradingBolt is — and is not

• TradingBolt (built as “baxifalcon”) is a software tool: a market screener that displays exchange price movements, circuit/band data, corporate announcements and related analytics.
• TradingBolt is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst, and holds no SEBI registration number.
• TradingBolt is not a stock broker or sub-broker and never places, routes or executes orders. Paper trading inside the app is simulated only.
• TradingBolt does not give tips, calls, recommendations, research reports, portfolio management or personalised investment advice, and does not offer any “sure-shot”, assured, guaranteed, minimum or target returns.

Nothing on this website, in the screener, in alerts, emails or social media posts is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Information is provided for general information and educational purposes only. Consider consulting a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before investing. AI labels and verdicts

The screener can show AI-generated summaries and labels such as “Buy”, “Watch” or “Short” for news items. These are automated, informational classifications of news text produced by third-party AI models. They are not recommendations, are not reviewed by a human before display, and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

Past performance and paper trades

The “live proof” wall and any P&L, win rate or hit rate shown are from simulated paper trades generated by the software, not real orders or real money. They ignore real-world factors such as slippage, liquidity, circuit locks, brokerage, taxes and charges. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Market data

Market data, depth and announcements come from third-party sources (for example exchange websites and other reliable market data sources, or your own linked brokerage for the depth add-on). Data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or inaccurate. The public website shows proof data with a 15-minute delay. The service runs on infrastructure that may go offline without notice. Always verify prices and announcements with your broker and the exchange before acting.

Risk disclosures on derivatives

TradingBolt focuses on cash-market (equity) circuits. If you trade equity Futures & Options, note SEBI’s prescribed risk disclosure (verbatim, Annexure-I of SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/73 dated 19 May 2023, PDF):

• 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment, incurred net losses.
• On an average, loss makers registered net trading loss close to ₹ 50,000.
• Over and above the net trading losses incurred, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.
• Those making net trading profits, incurred between 15% to 50% of such profits as transaction cost.

SEBI’s more recent study, “Profitability of Individual Traders in the Equity Derivatives Segment (FY25–FY26)”, August 2026, reports that the share of loss-making individuals was 87.7% in FY26 (90.9% in FY25).
